From Santa Rosa Beach:

Travel west on Highway 98. Pass the main entrance to Sandestin Resort. After passing the big blue sign on the left "CAMPING ON THE GULF," Palm Plaza is just before the Shell service station on the left. Destin Podiatry is located on the ground floor in suite 19.
The Destin clinic is located in Palm Plaza.
